i went to quasar at herlong airport and spoke with ms vigil. i was there for almost 2hrs. she showed me around and spoke about the school and her vision. i take my hat off to her as to what she is having to deal with that the former ceos left behind and wht she is doing to improve this company's standing and turn things around.
