The financials for this past quarter will not be audited. This I've confirmed with IR.
I shared my concern with Niko, and he explained to me that the audit process is basically unnecessary at this point because auditing is usually done for the purpose of uplisting to bigger boards. Since uplisting is in the future, NTEK is better off holding off this expensive and arduous process. Instead they should spend that time and money on improving the company until they can actually uplist.
