Only people that can flip are those that already own stock... I see a large amount of selling on the chart which has to be by someone who already owns stock...
I'm guessing since the OS hasn't really increased at all over the past 2 years, that it's the float that has changed dramatically. Last float numbers are from 2011 at 70M. Guess someone has about 310M shares to sell, and they don't really seem to care what price they sell them at... perhaps VNDM for example (in answer to Griswold's question)...
I dunno, but I'm not blind either.... usually on these boards there's a DD hound who knows the intricacies of the filings and has kept up on 504 offerings or other toxics... was hoping I'd draw out one of those folks to the conversation.
Anyhoo... I'm disgruntled, and hopefully the price drop stops soon.
