The trial wasn't designed for approval, dystrophin was primary endpoint, 6MWT wasn't even secondary endpoint initially. I am pretty sure they would NOT enroll those with 6MWT around 250m at entry in future trial with 6MWT as primary endpoint, if they would - unlikely - would have to stratify. By the way, those two are twins, randomized to the same arm.
