Actually the question is not where the money is coming from - it could easily be part of te deal with Indian Hills. They are a successful company who could easily mortgage some of their property or equipment to buy a billion shares of STKO. In order for this deal to go through, the company will need to have shares in hand, because its pretty clear they will have to do a share swap rather than purchase IH for cash. It would also be in IH's interest to have fewer shares in circulation as they are basically exchanging their company for shares in STKO. The real question is why didn't these share go through at the ask. The only thing I can imagine is that these are shares wing transferred from STKO to Indian hills. If they are in fact transferring shares does anyone know whether they'd show up in the market?
