Finally bought SMH.

RSI(5) is "buy", NDX is oversold, the first few days in Jan are good on average.

On the negative side, IMO too many are looking for a bounce, both CBOE EPC and ISEE suck.

Not a high probability gamble IMO, and I'll probably hold only for a few days.
