Well said! Not sure why I get attacked for pointing out what others are missing in regards to over hyped inaccurate articles and who is benefiting from that exploitation. Along with holding management accountable for their actions and demanding answers. It is the right of anyone who is an investor and it only makes good common sense to never assume anything, otherwise surprises will burn you!

I will be following up with management to get some answers in regards to the private placement deal. Think of it this way, The CEO is using your money to give someone a 90% discounted deal. Don't you want to know why and to whom? He is obligated to let the shareholders know the details and it is up to the shareholders to hold him accountable and demand answers. We are paying his salary!
