Its no secret that the float has more than doubled in a month.



There really is no choice for Quasar except to keep dilluting it's shareholders to death. The only way Quasar keeps the doors open is by issuing shares. Quasar has NEVER turned a profit. So, you can expect that Float to double again in less than a month more than likely.

I invest in companies that I think will make me money. And everything I say is just my opinion.
