Thanks for reminding me. Omadacycline had a tortured development path, was dumped THREE times by big pharmas, Bayer, MRK, NVS. It has been mainly developed for ABSSSI and CABP. One previous trial was very strange to me, against Zyvox as comparator which is for gram positive pathogens only.
