after reading that I do refute the claim the author makes about datpiff "not being able to track who is cheating". If this poster knew anything about what kind of analytics you get pull from a visitor to a website, then they would know when you click a site, that site can tell a lot of information about location, operating system, web broswer, etc etc. Also, if someone who isn't promoted has a mixtape that very steadily goes from 0 views to 5,000 views (exactly or close to it) and moving up in a nice steady trajectory, then it is pretty obviously. I'm sure the gray area ones that it isn't clear, they're going to err on the side of them not being cheaters.
