That 5,422,222 that printed after market close is a net of the trades executed by a MM during the day for the seller---with the agreed MM commission figured in hence why it appears to be away from the current bid/ask...

one can usually figure out what trades encompassed the 5,422,222---one of the trades that ends in 222 is definitely in the mix...
