how do you propose that they do that? It has little to no liquidity and cannot trade at $1.00, let alone maintain a pps of a dollar as required by Nasdaq.

Wasn't "failure to file" required reports the reason why TSTC got halted in the first place, then ultimately thrown out into the grey sheets bottom of the barrel??

TSTC is going to be back on NAZ shortly
