MYEC is going multi pennies. Paypal and many others that are still using the old echeck system will eventually adopt MyEcheck service because when it comes to moneys - everyone want it NOW!. Here is what I pulled from Paypal site.

When I make an eCheck payment, when will the money be debited from my bank account?

PayPal sends the request to your bank as soon as you make the payment. It can take up to 5 business days to debit the money from your bank account and deposit it into the recipient’s PayPal account. Just like with paper checks, though, processing times vary depending on the bank. Before you make your payment, make sure that you have enough money in your bank account to cover the eCheck. If there’s not enough money in your bank account, the bank may decline it.
