Does anyone have real info on progress made on ecco2 projects in Nigeria, Haiti, or Liberia?

I asked RVPL but never got a response back and nothing about the status of these projects is on their website. I am not talking about press releases or 8Ks. I mean valid news or websites that report on real projects in progress. If any contract was canceled they should have notified us as well.

At this point I think none of them may be real, and RVPL has zero revenue potential, just void contracts. I hope I am wrong, but seems to be going that direction. Peterson posted a few foundations in Haiti a while back on facebook, but never described what they were exactly, and no update on ecco2 web site either.
