Kind of a fuzzily thought out sling here, rocketscientist. For myself, I like to save barbs for the folks that ACTUALLY DO engage in giveaway dilutions. That's just me, but think it makes me more credible. Simply put, AGI has no record of that in the post-merger period, and AAS was masterful in the pre-merger period. And actions, speak louder than words. Case in point, the PDG payment was handled with debt, not equity, score one for the home team. I think your fuzzy barbs would be better served elsewhere, and I have a few I'd be glad to join in on. But AGI? No, I detect extra diligence going on about the price, magnitude, and terms of future financings. There is a full court press going on to get the story out (Nesbitt Burns conference, analyst community starting to follow) and attempt to get fair pricing on the stock before placements. Additionally they are putting together a major analyst and company tour at Salamandra before any major (may do a small one) financings.
