Reasonable,as I don't have PM, let me say it's water under the bridge.

What we still have in common is the knowledge that this stock is a true value and any company would be extremely blessed with its accomplishments going forward.

What happens in a day or so, if another company makes a bid for Trius?

Then there's always the shareholder lawsuit route if the feel buyout is undervalued.

I'm not saying it will occur but it wouldn't be out of the ordinary for a rival company to consider.
