I think their policy of minimizing shareholder information is intentional, but I don't believe the delay is. I think Frasier made a real mess of the books and I think Haddock has added to that by erring on the VIE. Now that they have changed that and obtained SEC sign-off, I have no idea what the hold-up is. But I really believe they are moving ahead as fast as they can.

Probably they need to revise the 10-12G/A every time they get a new set of numbers. Q3FY2013 numbers are due Aug 15 (or so). Perhaps we'll see something around that time??
