I'm not sure why they would need/want to do that. Frasier and Haddock don't want to dilute their own shares by issuing shares at these prices. And I don't think they need the capital. Anyway, I don't think they can issue shares while their registration is pending.

Remember that if Frasier exercises the options, the cash to pay for them flows into IDLM's coffers.
