You are asking the wrong guy. I've been consistently wrong on timing. I think we would have been done by now if Haddock had not characterized Idle/Zoeter LLC as a VIE. And I thought for sure we would see another 10-12G/A by now, given that IDLM was talking about getting that filed as soon as possible back in JANUARY.

So, I really have no idea.

I'm also waiting for Haddock to sell his first hat.

Am I frustrated? Yes. Am I going to sell? Heck no!
