Victor can not sell or issue any other shares until Hanover is paid in full; he knows that once Intellicell starts PRing the updated filings and company news this is going to run like a wild fire and that is when he wants to sell as well to maximize his take on the run.
I don’t see Intellicell realizing any news until the very last moment possible.
Think closer to the end of August for example.
