IMHO their efforts to keep information from shareholders goes well beyond any possible SEC regulations or even preferences. Not only are they keeping basic information off their website, but they have removed the Quantcast tracking. Based on my DD and that of some others, I know of other product lines that they have decided to keep from us -- information that I will not disclose regardless of who is PMing me or whatever. I'll play along with their strategy for now, but I really think it is highly problematic. I don't understand why they are doing it, and if my guesses are correct their actions seem pretty darn unethical. I believe, but cannot prove, that they are doing this so as to help get Haddock's buddies into large positions at the lowest possible price. That strategy might benefit folks like me who are going to see this investment through. But as a corporate strategy goes, it stinks -- especially for those selling now. Anybody ever hear of that quaint old idea called fiduciary responsibility?
