If not ...

Upside:
1) FDA Approved drug with multiple indications including some very large like diabetes, muscular dystrophy and cancer.
2) Potential partner news will shake out some concern and should have a very nice effect on PPS.
3) Possible buy out from large pharma looking for already approved drug with multiple indications (see 1 above)
4) Good solid price movement over the last couple of days despite year end, traders and low PPS which keeps many institutions away. Continued improvement will open more markets and larger dollar pools to investing (not trading).
5) Any good news will move this stock and it appears to be gaining interest from the WS types.

Possible risks:
1) Not enough money to convert from research company to sales/distribution/research company.
2) Lawsuits over patent could impede progress and cut into revenues.
3) Buy out at too low price versus potential.
4) Dilution if partner can not be found which would be costly to current holders if they have to raise money at current PPS levels.

Surely I have missed some on both sides.

I would love a new car also. That car will depreciate once you drive it off the lot by at least 25% and continue to decline for the remaining life. You have no chance of buying a car and having it double in hours.

Your call but I would give the old Honda another couple of months and have a shot to buy the BMW. Slacker
