UP AFTER EARNINGS: Herbalife (HLF), up 5.7% after topping estimates and raising its full-year forecast... Gigamon (GIMO), up 9.1%... R.R. Donnelley (RRD), up 2.2%. ALSO HIGHER: Array BioPharma (ARRY), up 8.6% after announcing a research & development collaboration agreement with Celgene (CELG).

DOWN AFTER EARNINGS: Express Scripts (ESRX), down 1.8%... PMC-Sierra (PMCS), down 7.4%... Cousins Properties (CUZ), down 2.5% after reporting earnings, announcing a $1.1B property acquisition, and filing to sell 60M shares of common stock. ALSO LOWER: Spirit Airlines (SAVE), down 3.9% after filing to sell 12.07M shares for holders affiliated with Indigo Partners, which will no longer hold a stake in the company following the offering. :
