Looks like the new director bought a few shares MARK B JUSTH and a company called Hybrid Equity partners LLC.

Not a lot of shares 30K but a sign that might say "I'm in with a little skin " with shareholders.

I don't see a code denoting whether it was an open market purchase or not and I don't see any other code.It appears they were bought by him and not given,although it could be compensation for him joining the board? Not certain.
