Not a chance GE is still in play. They certainly aren't going to announce there's no deal, but if GE were still interested, the company wouldn't never had to do a financing deal like it did. You can write this one off as a complete loss. The CEO gave everyone a chance to get out when he did the bad financing deal. This was a clear signal the company hasn't gotten anywhere with it's technologies. Again, just use some common sense and it will be clear to you.
