Is that why most companies are around to get a lucrative buyout??????? Really, so why isn't every big and small pharma asking someone to come buy them? No not everyone is looking for a buyout... If Sunshine could get their product to market, it would be more lucrative over time than a buyout easily.. That's like saying hey you have won the lottery, you can take the cash buyout of 20 million or lifetime payment of 75 million. Some people would take the payout and some people would take the latter. Now in Sunshines case, it made sense for them to look for a buyout due to the fact they had no additional funding. They currently have some funding now so the potential for being able to bring adva27a all the way through clinical trials has increased exponentially. It's simple business jr.
