As far as the btk, back around 1993 as I recall, the biotechs got hammered for month after month, while the techs shrugged it off. I have been looking for the bio's to underperform badly as a sign, one of potentially many. The bios didn't recover for years. The idea is that hot or speculative money left the bio's to chase tech leadership, and that may happen again.
