What difference would it would make? There isnt an "average" time, it is a case by case basis and it cannot be applied to future resolution if any at all. It is not like you can say "On avearge it takes 4 years to resolve a Global lock", because that is quite false and predicated on only 6 such occurences out 300+ securities currently Globally Locked.

Either way in these cases they are all YEARS into their suspensions before being resolved.
