The future of VX-135 depends on if 100mg in combination with other[s] works out.

VX-135 is all but dead at any dose, IMO. Why would anyone want to fool around testing combinations with a tainted drug when there are untainted options available?

ABBV showed that you don’t have to have a nuke in an HCV regimen for it to be effective.
