One should be able to Access the site Regardless. Then when one tries to play from the USA is should kick you out as Ineligible. The last few weeks no one had any problem getting to it. There is an Issue now that no one knows about yet. Hopefully it isn't a Huge Issue....But an issue non the Less. Hold, Buy, or Sell...That's the Question...JMO
