I think you are completely wrong. The float is at least 200 million now based on the number of shares that have been traded over the last 45 days.

QASP has a history of huge dillution. And this is exactly what is happening now.

Of course Quasar could prove me wrong by updating the share struture to the OTC. But, I'm willing to bet they will not do that anytime soon.

I invest in companies that I think will make me money. And everything I say is just my opinion.
