soblue, pricing these correctly would have done both.. He could have still given himself the same # of shares, but would have cleaned the debt off the balance sheet at a fair price.

I was a strong support of E-Waste, and still believe in what they are trying to do, but after a boneheaded move like that, He's acting like a typical penny stock and not building shareholder value.
