There's a reason why Nielsen gave himself 52,500,000 shares priced @ .0033 rather than at the market price of 5x that...

At market price, he could have cleaned up the balance sheet, but he chose not to do that... Why? Because this most likely where he thinks the share price is headed...

Is it possible that his dilution is just beginning? Acquisitions aren't free.

The signal he sent @.0033 tells me this is a watch and wait....especially with the low volume the last couple of weeks.

Soon there will be a 8-K detailing the finance arrangements, and then we'll know for sure how the share price is impacted.
