Also if your securities attorney determines cause of action even on the slightest sniff of wrong doing any filing will be picked up by multiple authorities and this could blow up to be much more than just unfair ownership.

So yeah with prior convictions it will make it a lot easier. That's why I am holdig my stock there is no statue of limitations on this.

I personally see a lot of places where he could get called up by multiple authorties. Just need a lawyer to take a sniff and it will bring it a lot closer to SEC's door.

I know for a fact SEC goes after more obvious cases. That's why this one still lives, but even Maddoff took years. Given time and the right situation fraud will be proven here too
