Fair ownership I think is the no.1 problem. It allows for shareholdes to do mulitple thing including puttig in board of directors at the moment there is a huge conflict of interest where there is no oversight

Secondly more than dilution or more than anything fair ownership will determine what value shareholders truly get. Its ridiculous to suggest anything BW says about value of a stake in a future enterprise can be determined right. The marketp cap could easily fall 50% and upon doing so he can easily stiff investors.


Lastly yesh fair ownership is worth suing for so count me in on that
