whoa horsy, it's just business. Ricciardi has been doing right for 4 years now - if he's having disagreements with Wilkes/Barr I'm sure he has his reasons. "Plan B"s and less than optimum news are an everyday part of business.

There should be some further explanation under "Subsequent Events" in the Q filing - I'm not expecting anything else.
