Are you saying that Joe did not do his DD on NHSH before spending tons of QASPs money on lawyers in winning the shell from Jeff?

What it looks to me is Jeff out smarted Joe on this. Joe is very good at what he does, but this one just cost the shareholders of Q a bunch of $$$$ to get and I wonder what would of happened if Joe just let NHSH die on the vine, or did he do that on purpose?
