The definition is real clear and doesn't require ANY manipulation of the facts with phoney numbers not from management.

All investors see is imaginary numbers, millions of shares of stock being sold that never existed as reported, low inventory numbers from Hanna to support reported mdse. flying off of the shelves. Investors know how to READ a balance sheet.......IMHO!
