Sure I can say something positive. I am positive if the CEO proves those quarterly reports are accurate and he files a Form 10 SEC filing the stock will go up. Kind of looks like whats holding the price of the stock down is pretty simple no audit, and no SEC filing, all the responsibility of the CEO. I am positive of this.
