What's with the 8 separate sub $1dollar trades?

Who does that? Why would a MM give a rats to even take the trade if its not 100% automated?
I can imagine the conversation calling in a .25 trade with a Broker.
One say I'll figure it out.
I could see A 10k block to see if a MM is sitting on air and shorting, but 200 shares @ .0011?
