Not sure what you are referring to as a "$0.00003 gain" under Proposal #6.

However, if Proposal #5 is approved then NEOM will be paying down debt a $0.50 per share as you stated only until PPS drops and that conversion rate quickly drops to $0.40, 0.30, 0.20, 0.10, 0.01 and finally right back where we are today at $0.0003.

I don't know why anyone would feel better that NEOM will only use 100 million shares instead of 150 billion when all retail investors will own 99.94% less shares after the RS.

YA will be a lot better off but not retail investors.
