I know and speak with jclaw27 (the lawyer) on a daily basis. As i understand it, he feels the same way as you guys do on the wording. There would have had to be notice made 30 days prior to the Jan 15th date.

The only question I had was whether it had to be "public" notice....that maybe CC would only have to give gzfx notice. However, i think that "prior notice" may imply that there it would have to be public...such as in a pr. We shall see soon enough, but i am convinced enough to be holding quite a heap though this news period as i understand what the pps will do once the rollout is announced (for good reason). The fact that it remains in the circular each week (moving closer to the front...now on page 4 and 7)... and is still on their website as New Partners... is enough for me. Happy New Year it shall be.
