Company Reports 26% Sequential Increase in Revenue

TAMPA, FL, Jul 23, 2013 (Marketwired via COMTEX) -- TheDirectory.com, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SEEK), an emerging leader in the Local search space, today announced that it has engaged the accounting firm of DKM Certified Public Accountants, a PCAOB registered firm, to act as its auditor of record for its future filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
TheDirectory.com founder and CEO Scott Gallagher commented, "Our plan is to complete the process of becoming an SEC exchange act reporting Company as soon as possible. We've discussed our plans and the timeline with the partners of DKM they are onboard. We're pleased to have them retained as our official auditor of record. Today the Company reported preliminary gross revenues for its second quarter ended May 31, 2013 of $126,221 for a sequential topline increase in revenues of 26%.
