I am still right. There is absolutely nothing in Industry Guide 7, nor in any SEC interpretation, that says an Exploration Stage Company automatically goes to Development Stage upon the completion of a positive feasibility study. Or that an Exploration Stage company cannot report reserves. Absolutely nothing. Far from it. In order to be Development Stage, a company has to meet both conditions. And many Exploration Stage companies do not. You have many Exploration Stage Companies that have reserves but do not meet the second condition of preparing the reserves for development.

And I know exactly what happened in that SME meeting with the SEC. I know who was at the meeting and what was said. The SEC told them to go fly a kite, so to speak. The SEC is not currently working on an update to Industry Guide 7. And as far as "letting you know whose ears to tug?" I am sure I already have much more direct acess to those ears than you do.
