No worries.

No the 90 days was the window between notice of dividend and when claims have to be filed.

Payout is dependent on a lot variables of each case and probably varies. Your guess is as good as mine, but if we we think about the company in BK filing was a Holding Co will little activities, the creditor list should not be too long. So hopefully it will go quickly.
