bob, I think they already know if there are any claims left that they are bogus and are going to get denied. I believe the date of 7/23 is more a formality than anything else as this case is over.

Now two things we do NOT know and 1) is are we for sure included in the payout and I believe max is incorrect with his 90 day payout although he maybe correct in most cases and 2) is a payout thirty days from tomorrow?

I know that I read and I believe it was in the 200 million dollar potential settlement payout that BS filed that payout would be within 30 days of court approval.

If there are no issues with claims as I suspect, I would expect payout thirty days from 7/23/2013 which is the final date for claims to be filed. I just have no idea if they will tell us via some sort of 8K filing or announcement or just let it happen and then thirty days from tomorrow the money shows up in our accounts.

I also firmly believe that when the court stamps their approval this stock is taken down forever and never to be traded again and that COULD be literally only hours away or a very short time frame.

As corrupt and quiet as this has all been, I expect this will just show up in our accounts so we may have to wait until thirty days from 7/23/2013. Yes, I did sleep at a Holiday Inn last night!
