NTEK Property: "MMA DAY TV"

NanoTech Entertainment (OTCPINK: NTEK) announced that it has
entered into a partnership with mixed martial artist Gilbert Melendez,
the El Nino Training Center of San Francisco, and MMA DAY Events
to create a new IPTV Channel, MMA DAY TV.

The channel will feature live streaming events of fights, pay-per-view
events, and video on demand MMA content, including lifestyle and
instructional videos. The channel will launch with on demand content
from the first MMA Day Event being hosted by Gilbert Melendez from
the Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in Vallejo California this Saturday
June 22nd.
