TCPS is too cheap to short. But you didn't answer my question. What's so great about a shell with $75 million in accumulated deficit? Not to mention some convertible notes that appear to have been in default for years?

One thing is made very clear in the financial reports: nobody seems to know what went on between 2007 and now.

That's a problem.
