As far as I know there is no category "inferred reserves", years ago there was "possible reserves".
The SEC has allowed disclosure of "mineralized material", in tonnage and grade only not ounces, of resources in the indicated and measured category without using the word resources.
It is a mystery why the company does not disclose on their filings the information required by SEC Guide 7, and now ( at least for Champion mine) it seems they do have information they could disclose. The only reason I coudl see that they dont is that all they have is a contractual right that they havent implemented or feel in short term they can- thus have determined things are way too uncertain to include on their SEC filings. If this is correct, it woudl make one wonder how they could sponsor a report showing production in 2015.
There is definitely something out of kilter with the disclosures and projections by this company- at best they are confused on how to present themselves.
