Here is why I believe VDSC is a scam:
- History of 3 reverse splits
- Pink Unaudited (can smell the mackarel all the way from Canada)
- Allegedly Over $17M in assets, over $6M in liabilities, BUT... $0.00 cash on hand?
Seems legit.... NOT
